Every city has these, here in Seattle it's the Yesler area. In Dublin it's Temple Bar. It was warm and the places were packed. It was the Bloomsbury festival - so there were even more people enjoying the drink.

We popped in for a quick drink before going through the arduous work of seeking dinner. Notice that we're outside in the light rain, the place was so packed that people spilled out into the tolerable mist.

There's a nice little octagonal lounge where we had a Jameson's and a Smithwick's in the quiet atmosphere. We were hoping that Bono would be tending bar, but I think we only saw the Edge with his cap.
